Unlock Your Sales Potential: This role is perfect for those who are passionate about digital advertising and enjoy outbound sales. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers, educating them on the platform, and helping them launch their first campaigns. You will use your consultative selling skills to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. If you have experience in digital advertising, paid social, or media sales, that''s a plus! The benefits of this job include: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Certification program provided by Jumpcrew X (Twitter) Flexibility to work from home A minimum of 32 hours per week guaranteed, with opportunities to work more if desired An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform Performance Metrics: To succeed in this role, you must meet the following performance metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Mandatory Requirements: To apply for this position, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. Additionally, you must not have any active contracts with other gigs while working for Jump Crew X. This is an outbound sales role, so you must be comfortable sourcing new leads and doing consultative selling to existing leads.
