Drive user adoption through well-designed change management strategies tailored to healthcare professionals. Guide frontline staff through the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce Health Cloud. Leverage a deep understanding of nursing workflows, care coordination, and PSW responsibilities to ensure a smooth implementation process. Provide ongoing support and feedback to stakeholders to enhance user experience and system efficiency. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Health Cloud. Strong understanding of the healthcare and home health sectors. Preferable experience within the Canadian healthcare environment. Familiarity with workflows involving nurses, care coordinators, and PSWs. Proven experience in user training, change management, and system adoption strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse healthcare staff. Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy best practices.
