Mash Strategy is a dynamic public relations and cause marketing agency dedicated to promoting positive societal change through strategic marketing methods and campaigns. We are looking for a skilled Web Contractor to work with our dynamic team!Web Design and Development:Design website drafts and concepts in Figma, inspired by brand guides and ensuring a high degree of creativity and attention to detail.Develop and maintain client websites usingWebflowandWordPress, ensuring they are visually appealing, interactive, user-friendly, and fully functional.Customize websites using page builders (ex: Elementor within Wordpress) to meet client specifications and branding guidelines.Integrate custom functionalities and features as needed.Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.Graphic Design:Create engaging and on-brand graphics and visuals for a variety of media including web, social media, print, and digital advertising.Work closely with the marketing team to develop graphic content that complements marketing campaigns.Provide graphic design support for other company projects as needed.Project Management:Work with a Project Manager to manage multiple web projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied with the final product.Communicate effectively with clients to gather design requirements and provide updates on project progress.Collaborate with Mash strategists and other team members to ensure projects are aligned with overall campaign goals.Continuous Learning and Improvement:Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.Continuously improve technical skills, particularly in Webflow, WordPress, and Figma through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities.Participate in team meetings and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.The experience & qualifications you bring:Strong proficiency in Webflow, WordPress, and Figma.Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset.Experience with other web development and design platforms is an asset and will be considered favourably.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.Passionate about cause marketing and making a positive impact in the community.What you get in return:Competitive hourly or project rate, depending on talent and experience.Our team is dynamic, supportive and a lot of fun to be around.
