Cornerstone Co-op is looking for a **Cashier Supervisor** to join our Food Store Team in **St. Paul, Alberta.** This full-time leadership role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting the front-end team to deliver exceptional experiences to our member-owners and customers. **What youll do:** Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences. Lead by example on the sales floor, supporting and coaching the Cashier team. Provide daily supervision, delegation, and motivation to team members to maintain a productive and positive environment. Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with scheduling, performance management, and front-end operations. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards are upheld. Support talent management activities such as onboarding, training, and development. Deliver exceptional customer service in a safe and welcoming environment. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. Demonstrate behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen Cornerstone Co-ops vision, mission, and values. Perform other duties as assigned. **Why it matters:** We need you to lead outstanding Co-op experiences. **Who you are:** You have Grade 12 education and/or relevant retail experience; supervisory experience is an asset. Youre physically able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. You bring strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, multigenerational environment. You are comfortable working independently and supporting a team. Youre able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. You are honest, reliable, results-driven, and customer-focused. Youre organized, results-oriented, and focused on achieving operational goals. Youre familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and digital file management. You demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic in everything you do.
