About the Role: You''ll be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. You Get: A competitive hourly rate ($24 CAD/hr) + commission opportunities Jumpcrew X is paying for your time to get certified, with only 7 days required for completion This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home Minimum 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with flexibility to work more hours if desired What You''ll Achieve: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Mandatory Requirements: Applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contract with a different gig while working with us Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling Ability to source new leads and work with existing leads
