Located in Canada, this role is essential for ensuring the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide exceptional service and quality automotive parts to our customers. **Responsibilities** Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment * Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. * Prepare outgoing shipments by packing orders securely and accurately. * Maintain accurate inventory records using TAMS or similar systems. * Assist with order picking to fulfill customer requests efficiently. * Ensure timely movement of goods and proper storage practices * Ensure compliance with safety standards during shipping and receiving operations * Identify process improvements and implement solutions * Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes. **Requirements** * 1-2 years of proven experience in shipping and receiving roles, preferably in an automotive or warehouse environment.. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Familiarity with inventory management systems such as TAMS is an asset. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment * Valid G license with a clean drivers abstract If you are ready to drive your career forward with NAPA Auto Parts, we invite you to apply today and become an integral part of our dynamic team!
