Superintendent Position Overview This is a dynamic opportunity to join a collaborative team that values pride in workmanship, long-term partnerships, and collective success. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and organizing all on-site project activities, ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years'' experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contractor in the industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI), or multi-tenant residential sectors. They will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage all phases of construction projectsfrom contract award to successful handover. A solid understanding of construction methods, combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe outcomes, is key to success in this role. Familiarity with the Atlantic Canada construction market is important, along with a willingness and ability to travel as needed for project assignments across the region. Proficiency with construction technology is expected, and experience with Procore is considered a strong asset. Gold Seal Certification would be a valuable addition.
