As a small, agile company that is a leader in its niche field of expertise, SureConsult can offer highly competitive compensation packages and a flexible work environment that can be largely tailored to the desires of the individual.Were currently looking for a Manager Development and Delivery.Job DescriptionWorking remotely and reporting to the Director of Programs and Quality, the individual will:Play a pivotal role in the development, delivery, management, and expansion of the companys learning and development business.Develop modern training material and course content for new and existing clients.Provide classroom, virtual, online deicing training to company clients.Conduct practical assessments and provide on-the-job training.Become part of the companys project team, assisting in the development, management, and delivery of the companys portfolio of deicing-related services and solutions.Assist in the overall management and delivery of the companys quality management business.Conduct in-person deicing quality audits at North American and European airports.Develop corrective action plans and participate in audit closures.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:Be dynamic, motivated, and modern, with a desire to work for a small, focused organization.Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft ground deicing or similar areas of focus within the aviation industry.Possess significant experience in training (in-person, virtual, online).Possess excellent facilitation and presentation skills.Possess modern learning and development skills and expertise, including a knowledge of e-learning platforms.Possess significant experience in developing program and training content.Possess aircraft ground deicing subject matter expertise (regulations, standards, industry best practices, air carrier programs, training programs).Be computer literate and well versed in MS Office and other relevant programs.Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Be required to travel frequently to client sites to support company business.Be capable of obtaining a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).Be a Canadian resident.Additional ExperienceAlthough not necessary, the following experience would be regarded as strong assets:Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or other course development software.Video development including (but not limited to) Adobe Premiere Pro.Media capture and editing.French language skills (written and spoken).Think Youre a Fit?If youre interested in this position and think that youre a perfect fit to join our key project team, please send your CV to info@sureconsult.ca and provide Job Reference 250611.
