Maintenance Operations CoordinatorJob Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our operational assets. As part of a leading company in the energy sector, you'll bring your expertise to execute our Conventional Operations Maintenance Strategy and spearhead improvements in operational integrity. This full-time position offers you the chance to collaborate with talented Operations staff, Maintenance Coordinators, and Senior trades to ensure our License to Operate programs are sustained and enhanced.Job Type: Contract-1 yearLocation: Edson, ABPay Rate: $48-$60/hrShift: M-F 8 hour daysRoles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with Senior Trades and Maintenance Coordinators to design and implement planned maintenance work.Administer and evolve preventive maintenance (PM) plans, optimizing them as necessary.Partner with Operations for turnaround planning and craft task lists for routine operations.Lead weekly maintenance review meetings to prioritize and plan upcoming activities.Engage in monthly cost evaluations and partake in annual budget formulations.Execute additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & Skills:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.Accredited Journeyman trade certificate.Minimum of five years of relevant maintenance experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, or power generation sectors.Proficient in reliability and operational integrity practices.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in a maintenance-related field.Power Engineering Certificate (4th Class) and certifications in Gas Process Operations or Production Field Operations.Demonstrated supervisory experience with extensive knowledge of energy industry codes, standards, and regulations.Opportunities:Enhance your career with growth opportunities within the energy sector.Develop leadership skills and gain experience in strategic maintenance planning.Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies and innovative maintenance strategies.Company Culture: At Kelly Services, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values integrity, innovation, and excellence.
