Inspire a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Who You Are: Youve spent 6+ years in project management, ideally in a tech environment. You understand the ins and outs of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease. Youre a natural communicator and leader, able to motivate and inspire your team. Youre familiar with project management tools (think Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project). PMP or similar certification? Even better!
