Client Experience Ensure service excellence and brand consistency at the Front Desk. Monitor compliance and resolve issues affecting the guest experience. Oversee hygiene and sanitation standards. Operations Management Lead daily Front Desk operations and coordinate with all departments. Manage VIP bookings, shift planning, inventory, and retail sales. Deliver daily briefings and operational reports. Team Leadership Inspire, coach, and develop the Front Desk team. Provide ongoing feedback and manage team schedules. What Were Looking For Minimum of 3 years'' experience leading a Front Desk or Customer Service team is required. Prior experience in the hospitality, wellness, or related sectors is required. Strong sensitivity to luxury service standards, with a clear understanding of personalized service, attention to detail, and elevated guest expectations. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, particularly during the pre-opening and opening phases. Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and embodying AIREs brand values. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, especially during the opening period. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Front Desk Manager will ensure an outstanding guest experience from day one, building a high-performing team and bringing AIREs standards of service excellence to life. Our Toronto Location: Amidst the timeless charm of Torontos Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company.
