As an HR Labour Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting people leaders and union representatives in achieving fair and consistent application of policies, legislation, and agreements. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on collective agreements, employment legislation, and internal policies. Additionally, you will guide and coach managers through performance management and progressive discipline. You will also lead and/or support workplace investigations, including reviewing incidents, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports. Furthermore, you will draft documentation such as letters of expectation, warning, suspension, and termination.
