Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our money movement and financial technology platforms. This role will own the technology platforms supporting our core financial transactions, including ACH payments, and ensure the integrity of our financial data and calculations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial services technology and a strong understanding of payment ecosystems. They should be comfortable working independently and driving large projects from concept through completion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to garner cross-functional buy-in on technology decisions are essential. Responsibilities Product Roadmap Development - Money Movement: Define and drive the quarterly product roadmap for money movement technologies, including ACH credit and debit processing, collaborating with Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Account Servicing teams. Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ACH payment systems and processes, providing guidance across the organization. Manage vendor relationships and SLAs. Financial Data Integrity: Oversee technology supporting the company''s financial data integrity and calculation processes. Become a SME in all financial metrics and reporting capabilities. Support new financial reporting requirements as the business grows and onboard new partnerships. Product Development & Execution: Collaborate with Finance & Accounting and Account Servicing teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet operational and strategic goals. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories, obtaining stakeholder sign-off and ensuring clear communication throughout development. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis within FinTech or Financial Services. Expertise in cash management products and ACH payment industry, including understanding of clearing systems, regulations, and risk management in US ACH processing. Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical and business concepts.
