Asks relevant questions and expresses opinions based on solid reasoning. Recognizes strategic risks and opportunities that could affect CIRA and suggests sustainable solutions. Shows leadership with a creative and innovative approach to solving problems. Values diverse perspectives and experiences, fostering openness and continuous improvement. What you bring: Financial acumen and experience in Finance, Audit, Investments and Risk oversight at the board level and in committee work; and/or Entrepreneurial experience in the technology sector , including go-to-market strategies and experience working with strategic partnerships/subsidiaries * experience in cybersecurity and domain name systems is considered an asset. Commitment: CIRAs Board meets in person three times a year, typically in November, February, and June . Additional meetings are held by videoconference as required throughout the year.
