Your Impact As a Pharmacist Manager, youll lead with compassion and purpose. Youll work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver outcome-focused care in communities where your presence truly matters. What youll do: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and professional services Provide patient-centered care while collaborating with local healthcare teams Lead, support, and develop your pharmacy team Build strong relationships with local healthcare centers, clinics, and community partners Ensure NIHB claims and provincial guidelines are met Embrace community education and outreach as part of your pharmacy role What Were Looking For Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Active license with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and in rural/remote settings Experience with pharmacy software (Kroll experience is a plus) A genuine passion for helping underserved communities thrive About NWC The North West Company is a trusted retailer in underserved communities across Northern Canada, Alaska, the South Pacific, and the Caribbean.
