Dental Assistant Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at a state-of-the-art dental practice in Sidney, BC. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures. Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records. Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication. Requirements: Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn). Certification as a Level I or Level II Dental Assistant (if required in your province). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
