Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Manufacturing facility (Unionized Brantford, ON location only) Shift: Continental 12hrs Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance operations to optimize worker, equipment, and material use while ensuring compliance with company and legal standards Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and production equipment Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors for repairs Supervise hourly workers and ensure alignment with company goals Monitor production and implement corrective actions Support safety programs, facility maintenance, and equipment installations Handle employee issues and administer Collective Agreements (if applicable). Experience & Skills Required: 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Supervisory experience over skilled trades Experience with automation (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills Familiarity with ERP, CMMS, and MRP systems Project management experience is a plus Qualifications: Licensed Millwright and/or Electrician Degree in Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent maintenance experience
