Duration: 2 years (+ optional 1-year extension) In this influential leadership role, you will work across multiple clinical pathwaysOrthopaedics, Diagnostic Imaging, Cataracts and moreto support coordinated, high-quality care through centralized intake models. You''ll guide the implementation of CI hubs across Ontario and help shape standardized, evidence-informed workflows that improve patient access, provider experience, and system performance. About Pb4P: Patients Before Paperwork is a major initiative focused on transforming how referrals and intake are managed in Ontario by replacing outdated, paper-based workflows with integrated digital solutions. It''s grounded in the quintuple aim : better care, better health, health equity, provider satisfaction, and value. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Provincial Clinical Lead and champion for CI implementation across Ontario. Provide clinical leadership and governance support across CI pathways and regional hubs. Co-chair committees, guide clinical standards, and ensure alignment with provincial priorities. Help design, evaluate, and improve CI workflows, ensuring they reflect front-line realities. Collaborate with digital health, change management, and clinical teams to inform rollout. Qualifications: Practicing Specialist in Ontario with CPSO, 5+ years clinical experience (Radiologist or Orthopedic Surgeon preferred). Strong clinical governance and health system transformation leadership. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Deep understanding of Ontarios health system, CI workflows, and referral challenges. Passion for health equity, quality improvement, and evidence-based change.
