Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive at Accrue. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new client partnerships and growing monthly recurring revenue (MRR). You''ll be selling Amazon management services at a proven Amazon agency. Youll be expected to actively prospect and build your pipeline, though certain platforms to drive inbound opportunities will also be provided. This is a performance-based role success will be measured by your ability to consistently close deals and hit monthly revenue targets. What Youll Do Own the complete sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal creation, and closing Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and events Handle inbound opportunities and move them efficiently through the funnel Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on prospect needs Track all outreach, pipeline activity, and deal stages in CRM (HubSpot) Report sales metrics and performance on a weekly and monthly basis Qualifications Agency sales experience is required - please apply only if youve sold eCommerce or digital marketing services 3+ Years of experience in sales roles with an agency Solid track record of achieving sales goals Self-starter and self-motivated to deliver goals - this is a performance-based role.
