Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a plant, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess excellent analytical, planning, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements, manage inventory levels, and troubleshoot production issues. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Ensure all areas of the operation are suitably manned to perform required volumes in a timely manner. Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, including common production supplies and parts. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and recommend changes to management. Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving production and equipment issues that may arise. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment. Excellent analytical, planning, and leadership skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
