Warehouse Operations Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring productivity targets are met in a safe and efficient manner. About the Role Maintain efficient receiving, sampling/issuing, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures and company policies. Schedule and assign weekly tasks to warehouse employees, ensuring follow-up on work results. Motivate, organize, and foster teamwork within the warehouse department to meet or exceed productivity targets. Conduct daily briefings with team members to communicate goals and updates. Manage warehouse staff, addressing personnel issues including recruitment, training, discipline, and performance management. Develop and deliver training programs for new warehouse technicians during orientation. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate inventory levels through physical counts, reconciling discrepancies in SAP, and investigating any inconsistencies. Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and government regulations related to warehouse operations. Providing excellent leadership and team management skills to drive productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong understanding of cGMP and government regulations related to warehouse operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory management systems, preferably SAP.
