Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a defined scope of work in accordance with contract requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW) Collaborate with Control Account Managers and functional leads to manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and milestones Develop and support key program management plans and ensure alignment with overarching program objectives and customer expectations Drive integration of program management processes with other functional departments to enable cohesive and efficient execution Develop, review, and maintain project performance reports, metrics, and dashboards; coordinate with IT teams to ensure accurate data flow Represent the project in internal and external stakeholder engagements related to management plans and high-level program processes Qualifications Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of project management experience in heavy manufacturing, engineering, or major construction projects Proficiency in core project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, and risk management PMP certification or equivalent project management designation is considered a strong asset Experience working with major international defense or design/build contracts is an advantage Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach Salary Range: $85-92k/year Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
