Sales Development Representative This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts, prospecting new clients, and developing meaningful relationships while promoting high-pressure equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Close New Business: Identify and develop new accounts in collaboration with leadership, targeting companies that utilize equipment within IFE''s product line. Account Management: Own customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and margin optimization. Market Expansion: Research and pursue new applications for IFE''s products, providing feedback to management on industry trends and opportunities. Travel Requirements: - Periodic travel within Western Canada (primarily Central / Southern AB and SK). - Trips are typically planned in advance but may require occasional short-notice travel. Qualifications & Skills: - 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial equipment, or manufacturing. - Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts. - Technical aptitude to understand high-pressure fluid systems (valves, piping, fittings, manifolds). - Strong communicator with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. - Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office 365, and ERP systems. - Valid driver''s license with a clean abstract.
