Grow Your Sales Career We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Account Executives. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition, focusing on reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their campaigns. Your Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, as well as strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach. What You Get: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification in digital advertising is provided, which only takes 7 days to complete. This is a remote opportunity, worked from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform. Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience. No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. Willingsness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check).
