About the Role In this role, you will be focused on acquiring new advertisers for our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively prospecting for potential clients, pitching the value of our services, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Your Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new advertisers Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus What You Get: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Certification training provided, with only 7 days required to complete This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home A minimum of 32 hours per week is required, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, but you are welcome to work additional hours if desired Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Mandatory Requirements: You must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience You cannot have any active contracts with other gigs while working with us You must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check Why Join Us?
