Remote Outbound Sales Representative ''> This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading social media platform as a Remote Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for net-new advertiser acquisition through proactive prospecting, pitching, and activation. You will use consultative selling to educate businesses on the value of digital advertising and help them launch their first campaigns. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to succeed in this role. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. You will also have the opportunity to earn certification from the social media platform, which will enhance your skills and knowledge. In this role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home with a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. However, you are welcome to work more hours if you wish to do so. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience. You must also be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check). The performance metrics for this role include activating a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month, driving an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser, maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene, and contributing to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.
