Gender Equality Advisor **About the Role:** This volunteer placement offers a unique opportunity to contribute to creating community and institutional gender policies in Honduras. As a gender advisor, you will work closely with Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM) to develop and implement strategies that promote gender equality and social inclusion. **Responsibilities:** As a volunteer, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing draft institutional policies and developing training plans for communities and staff members. You will also work on revising and aligning normative instruments to support the organization''s goals. **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree in social sciences, economics, or international development, or equivalent experience in a related field.
