Job Title: Equity and Inclusion Specialist ''> Location: Tegucigalpa, Honduras ''> Job Type: Volunteer Placement ''> Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension ''> Language Requirements: Advanced Spanish and Intermediate English ''> About the Role: ''> We are seeking a highly skilled Equity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. As a volunteer, you will work with Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM) to help create both community and institutional gender policies. ''> Key Responsibilities: ''> ''> Analyze and review the Draft Institutional Diagnosis ''> Analyze and revise the Draft Institutional Policy of Gender and the Institutional Strategic Plan to align normative instruments ''> Develop a Training Plan aimed at communities and organization staff ''> ''> Requirements: ''> To be successful in this role, you will have a university degree in social sciences, economics, or international development and/or equivalent experience in a related field. You should also have knowledge/experience in gender equality, planning, administration processes, strategy design, research teaching, training, and facilitation processes, as well as demonstrated experience working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
