Gender Equality Specialist We are seeking a skilled Gender Equality Specialist to join our team in Honduras. As a key member of our project, you will play a vital role in promoting gender equality and social inclusion in coastal communities. About the Role Analyze and review Draft Institutional Diagnosis to ensure alignment with gender policies. Develop and implement training plans for community staff and leadership on gender equality and social inclusion. Work closely with local partners to design and implement institutional gender policies that promote women''s empowerment. Requirements Degree in social sciences, economics, international development or related field. Experience in planning, administration, research, teaching, training, facilitation, and participatory approaches. Strong knowledge of gender equality principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer Modest living allowance. Accommodation while in placement.
