A career in our Digital Real Estate Practice, within our Real Assets Group, offers the opportunity to leverage expertise in the real estate market, supporting ITIM system modernizations and delivering property management operational services. As part of our team, you will be involved in real estate matters where we provide services including operational gap evaluations, systems assessments, operational model design, future state requirements definition, process design, systems design, testing and implementation, post-go-live support, and provisioning of real estate managed services. Meaningful work youll be part of As a Real Estate Managing Director, youll work with a team of problem solvers to address business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contributing to the growth of the digital real estate practice through leveraging networks and establishing business development verticals to lead and grow sales. Leading our Yardi systems implementation team, including developing standards and frameworks, identifying skills gaps, and supporting practice growth. Conducting operational gap evaluations and comprehensive systems assessments for clients. Defining future state requirements and designing current and future state processes to optimize workflows. Overseeing system testing, implementation, and establishing post-go-live support. Building client relationships by demonstrating subject matter expertise and providing guidance on business transformations and technology adoption. Managing provisioning of real estate managed services to ensure high-quality solutions. Participating in deals and supporting practices related to real estate projects, restructuring, and value creation. Contributing to thought leadership, proposals, and team development, sharing technical knowledge across PwC networks. Experiences and skills youll use to solve Strong technical skills with Yardi software modules and a commitment to addressing client needs and community involvement. An entrepreneurial style to identify and pursue new market opportunities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time. Proactive ownership of tasks and responsible outcomes. Experience in preparing complex written and verbal materials. Leadership experience, fostering trust, encouraging diverse views, and coaching staff. Knowledge in operating model design, system selection, and delivery of operational managed services is advantageous. A Chartered Professional Accountant designation and experience in real estate accounting are assets. Industry experience in property management, construction, investment, or financial accounting.
