About this Opportunity Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors regarding financial information, fund performance, portfolio company updates, and RFI''s. Develop financial and operational analyses to support strategic messaging to investors. Crisply and effectively articulate the company''s private equity strategy to stakeholders, including new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updates. Actively engage in the formulation of key messaging to the market and be an effective communicator of this messaging both verbally and in written format. Plan recurring and ad-hoc investor meetings, including the company''s annual private funds investor conference, and all related materials. Support the preparation of key fundraising deliverables for the private equity group. Assist with organizing and managing co-investment syndication activities. Execute on strategic initiatives within the group. About You An undergraduate degree in business, accounting or finance is required. A CPA and/or CFA designation is preferred. A minimum of 4 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, accounting, equity research, corporate development, investor relations, transaction services is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is necessary. A solid understanding of financial reporting and valuation models; knowledge of private equity investment structures is preferred. Experience with Salesforce and FISDX (Sungard) is also preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a particular strength in dealing with a wide variety of individuals at various levels within and outside of the organization are essential. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks and demands under tight deadlines is necessary. An analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make effective recommendations is required.
