We are looking for a Sales Account Manager/Sales Representative who can generate new business and effectively manage key client relationships.What We Offer:A positive, no-politics workplace where everyone is valuedOver 13 years of management experienceA strong recruiting team to support your effortsFull compliance to operate as an employment agency in OntarioOrganized team, internal systems, and payroll departmentHigh earnings potential with commission on top of base salaryA culture of collaboration, hustle, and rewardKey Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visitsSecure contracts with businesses needing temporary staff (e.g., manufacturing, warehouses, courier companies)Negotiate rates and close dealsManage new and existing client accountsConduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationshipsClient & Site ManagementGather job orders and relay them to the recruiting teamCommunicate with on-site supervisors and handle any issuesReplace no-shows promptly and ensure proper staffingBe responsive to last-minute or emergency client needsCoordination & SchedulingUse internal tools and apps to track employee schedulesMaintain close communication with both crew and clientsEnsure smooth shift coverage and staffing operationsTeam CollaborationWork closely with recruiters and internal support teamsTake on additional tasks as assigned by managementQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing agency sales (strong communicators with less experience may be considered)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and efficient with time managementConfident in cold calling and lead generationAble to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and staffing platformsBonus: Knowledge of labor laws and workplace safetyBonus: Experience in event staffing or industrial staffingCompensation:Base Salary: $24$27/hr (commensurate with experience)Commission: Based on volume and markup of successful client acquisitionsSchedule:Monday to FridayOn-call availability required for urgent matters, or based off clients needsOccasional weekend communication as needed (phone/email only)How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience and what makes you a great fit for this role.
