(CCI) is looking for a Technical Salesperson to lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and deepen client relationships in key markets including radomes, marine, and custom-engineered composite components.What You'll Do:Be a key member of our management team, helping shape the strategic direction of the company.Lead the sales team by mentoring junior staff, improving internal processes, and delivering technical and procedural guidance.Identify and grow high-value market opportunities by converting qualified leads into long-term clients.Represent and promote CCIs advanced composite manufacturing capabilities and custom solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while constantly looking for win-win opportunities.Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate across departments to bring new product ideas and service improvements to life.Drive operational excellence through accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.What Were Looking For:A motivated, independent sales leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Experience with high-performance composites or technical manufacturing is a major asset.Proven success in B2B sales and client relationship development.Ability to lead by example, plan and meet sales goals, and drive strategic initiatives.Strong analytical skills and comfort with proposal development and estimating.Familiarity with ISO standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.Why Join CCI?
