Ce poste est pour toi!Ton rleTu joueras un rle cl dans la coordination des activits administratives et dans la gestion des communications avec nos clients. Ton objectif : offrir un service exceptionnel, tout en soutenant activement les ventes travers un suivi rigoureux des commandes, des donnes et des processus. Tu travailleras en troite collaboration avec plusieurs dpartements (ventes, marketing, logistique, oprations) et tu devras dmontrer une excellente gestion du temps et des priorits.Tes responsabilitsGrer les demandes clients avec rapidit, courtoisie et professionnalisme (appels, courriels, messages web) ;Traiter les commandes clients (tlphone, courriel, web, EDI), vrifier la disponibilit, crer les factures et bons de commande, et assurer le suivi complet jusqu la livraison ;Prparer les soumissions pour les clients ;Participer llaboration des cots pour les nouveaux projets (produits, formats, initiatives spciales, etc.) ;Coordonner les changes, retours, rabais, tiquettes dexpdition et remboursements, au besoin ;Maintenir et organiser la base de donnes clients et prospects (entres de donnes, historique des interactions, suivi des contacts, etc.) ;Veiller au bon fonctionnement des outils utiliss pour la gestion des demandes (ERP, plateforme web, CRM, etc.) ;Suivre et mettre jour le calendrier des activits de dveloppement de march (promotions, lancements, EDLP, prsentoirs, thmatiques, etc.) ;Participer la coordination des promotions circulaires, activits EDLP, concours, vnements, salons, etc. ;Compiler et gnrer des rapports priodiques sur les performances de vente pour soutenir la prise de dcision ;Grer les listes de prix, fiches produits, crations de nouveaux produits et mises jour dans le systme ERP ;Collaborer avec dautres dpartements pour assurer une excution fluide et efficace des oprations de vente.Ce quon rechercheFormation en administration ou exprience quivalente ;Excellente capacit travailler de manire autonome, grer son temps et ses priorits ;Fortes aptitudes en communication crite et orale, en franais et en anglais ;Matrise dExcel et des outils MS Office ;Esprit dquipe, rigueur, sens du service client et souci du dtail.Ce quon toffreSalaire comptitif et programme dassurances ;Poste stimulant avec de vraies responsabilits ;quipe loyale, mobilise et passionne ;Environnement en croissance o chaque contribution compte.Sales Administrative AssistantA Spice Affair, a proudly Canadian and fast-growing spice company, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team!Are you looking to make a real impact within a tight-knit, dynamic team (35 people)? This role might be perfect for you!Your RoleAs the Administrative Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for customer service while also providing essential administrative and operational support to the Sales team. Youll handle orders, data, and communications quickly and efficiently, working across departments (sales, marketing, logistics, operations) and ensuring that no detail slips through the cracks. Youll be expected to self-manage, stay ahead of deadlines, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and internal coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally (via phone, email, and website messages)Enter and manage customer orders (phone, email, website, EDI), check product availability, issue invoices and purchase orders, and ensure on-time deliveryPrepare and send quotations to customersCreate and manage the costing of new projects, formats, and special initiativesHandle returns and exchanges, including issuing shipping labels, discounts, and refunds when neededMaintain and organize the customer and prospect database (data entry, interaction history, contact management)Ensure the smooth use of tools and platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.) used for customer and order managementKeep the market development calendar up to date (promotions, product launches, display installations, EDLP, themes, etc.)Coordinate EDLP activities, flyer promotions, contests, events, and tradeshowsGenerate regular sales performance reports to help identify trends and support strategic decisionsManage and update price lists, product files, and support product creation in ERP and across platformsWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of all sales operationsWhat Were Looking ForDegree in Administration or relevant experienceCustomer-focused with a strong ability to deliver excellent serviceHighly organized with strong time management and autonomyExcellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written)Strong Excel and MS Office skillsDetail-oriented, resourceful, and a collaborative team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and insurance benefitsA unique opportunity to shape a new role with real responsibilityA loyal, passionate, and dedicated teamA fast-growing and stimulating environment where your contribution truly matters
