As part of our growth in Ontario, were looking for a Business Development Partner to help us engage local businesses and close high-impact service contracts.This is not a cold-start role. Youll receive qualified leads from our internal systems - your mission is to turn those conversations into conversions.What You'll DoContact potential clients in the Mississauga region (leads provided)Present and sell high-value digital services: website development, AI integrations, business automationManage relationships from first outreach to closed dealCollaborate closely with the SoftXPro team to understand solutions and client needsReport progress and results weeklyWho You AreBased in Mississauga or nearby, with a strong understanding of local business cultureProven experience in B2B sales, digital services, SaaS, or marketing agency salesExcellent communication and persuasion skills (both written and verbal)Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and proactiveComfortable working fully remote and independentlyMotivated by commission-based income - the more you sell, the more you earnCompensationThis is a commission-only role.
