We are on the lookout for an digitally savvy and social media obsessed Community Manager to join our team at our Toronto Office!The Role:Youll be the voice behind the Hyundai and Genesis brands onlinemanaging content, engaging with followers, monitoring social trends, and pulling performance insights. You live and breathe social media, understand how communities behave on each platform, and can represent a brand with professionalism and personality.What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:Day-to-Day Channel ManagementManage all social media accounts for Hyundai and Genesis (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tool: SprinklrMonitor daily activity and ensure posts are delivered on time, with precision and brand consistencyCommunity EngagementRespond to comments, questions, and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate mannerEscalate issues or opportunities to internal teams (account, strategy, client, or PR)Monitor conversations and sentiment across all channels, turning interactions into insights Social Listening & InsightsConduct ongoing social listening to track emerging trends, brand mentions, and competitor activitySurface community feedback and cultural moments that could inform content strategyTrack brand sentiment and share real-time observations with strategy and creative teamsAnalytics & ReportingPull regular performance metrics and provide reporting support for monthly and quarterly reviewsAssist in analyzing what's working (and whats not) to continually improve channel performanceCollaboration & CultureWork closely with the Social Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to stay aligned on brand voice and campaign prioritiesParticipate in brainstorms and content planning meetingsKeep your finger on the pulse of pop culture, automotive, and digital trends to help the brands stay fresh and relevant`What You Bring:23 years of experience managing brand social media accountsExceptional written communication skills with a sharp attention to tone and detailStrong grasp of written English required, French an asset, but not requiredHands-on experience with publishing and social analytics toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms at onceExperience with automotive, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plusSocial CM Software Experience an assetExperience working with multiple clients an assetExperience with PR and escalation issues an assetWhat Makes You Stand Out:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills with a solution focused mindset.Results driven, self-motivated, assertive, and resourceful.Exceptional time management skills and detail oriented.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and bring solutions to the table.What youll love about working at INNOCEAN Canada:-People-first and Inclusive of all were proud to be recognized by Great Places to Work - four years in a row and counting overall, as well as for youth, inclusion, and as a Best Place to Work for Women.-Flexible hybrid work set up, with an awesome space at King Street West for collaboration and team get-togethers.-Generous time off plus an end of year winter break equals time well taken; our people also get extra days off when they reach key work milestones!-Your Wellbeing is all-important.
