This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to multiple aspects of operational workflow. You will play a key role in keeping our office, customer service, and logistics running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general office administrative duties to support operations.Process customer orders promptly and accurately.Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone and email.Schedule freight and coordinate with transport companies for timely deliveries.Support ERP-related tasks, including data entry and basic troubleshooting.Requirements and QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, basic analysis).Experience with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Dependable, diligent, and efficient in task execution.Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.Familiarity with order processing or supply chain functions.
