Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Life Science Operations Specialist located in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Life Sciences Team, acting as the first point of contact to find optimal solutions for our Life Science customers complex logistical needs.QualificationsPosition requires at least 5 years experience in delivery high quality relevant in customer service/operations in specialty logistics Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate, improve, and streamline operationsExcellent Communication skills for effective coordination and customer interactionsProficiency in Operations Management and Project Management for overseeing daily tasksAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesExperience in logistics or courier industries is a plusKnowledgeable in GxP practices
