OverviewOne of our major clients is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer with proven experience in Honeywell Experion PKS and Omron CX-One/CX-Programmer environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on automation professional familiar with legacy system migrations, PLC/DCS integration, and industrial control systems in the oil and gas or heavy process industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the implementation and maintenance of Honeywell Experion PKS systemsConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain Omron CX-One tools (CX-Programmer, CX-Integrator, etc.)Manage system upgrades and migrations from legacy PLC/HMI platforms to modern DCS solutionsCollaborate with operations, instrumentation, and process teams to ensure control system reliabilityDocument and support loop testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activitiesQualifications10+ years in industrial automation or control systemsHands-on experience with Honeywell Experion PKS (design, configuration, commissioning)Proficiency with Omron CX-One software suiteBackground in oil & gas, petrochemical, or process industries strongly preferredStrong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC)Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsExperience with system migrations or integration projects are a plus.Familiarity with safety systems (SIS), alarm management, or cybersecurity standards is considered an asset.Unlock your potential with Airswift.
