Our client is a self performing developer builder that specializes in ICI and residential construction. They also have a tenant improvement branch. They have been operating throughout the Lower Mainland for over 35 years.About the opportunity:This a unique opportunity to grow join a growing company and work on wood frame and concrete residential projects throughout Vancouver.About the position:In this role you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and working alongside a Project Manager and CSO. You will be expected to do the following:Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.Oversee day-to-day field activities.Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings.The requirements:Start to finish wood frame multi family experience as a SuperintendentProficient using Sitemax, Bluebeam and MS SuiteClean drivers recordMinimum 5 years experience as a SuperintendentCompensation:$110,000 - $140,000 DOEVehicle allowanceFuel CardHealth and Dental benefitsDiscretionary bonusesHow to apply?Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
