Job Title: Project Manager ConstructionLocation: Oakville, ON (relocating to Etobicoke in August 2025)Employment Type: Full-Time, In-OfficeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hospital construction to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, with a specific focus on healthcare environments. This role requires an individual with proven IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) knowledge and the ability to manage complex hospital renovations and new builds.Key Responsibilities:Oversee full-cycle project management for hospital construction projects, from pre-construction through close-outEnsure strict compliance with IPAC protocols and healthcare construction standardsCoordinate with site teams, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and hospital representativesDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentationIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesManage RFIs, change orders, site instructions, and progress reportingLead weekly site meetings and maintain communication with stakeholdersEnsure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and infection control requirementsSupport a smooth transition from Oakville to the new office in EtobicokeQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryProven experience managing hospital construction projectsIPAC certification is requiredStrong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management methodologiesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in MS Project, Excel, and other project management toolsAbility to work full-time in-office (Oakville location until August; Etobicoke thereafter)PMP designation is an assetCompensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
