Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Manufacturing facility (Unionized Brantford, ON location only)Shift: Continental 12hrsKey Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance operations to optimize worker, equipment, and material use while ensuring compliance with company and legal standardsTroubleshoot and maintain mechanical and production equipmentManage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors for repairsSupervise hourly workers and ensure alignment with company goalsMonitor production and implement corrective actionsSupport safety programs, facility maintenance, and equipment installationsHandle employee issues and administer Collective Agreements (if applicable).Experience & Skills Required:3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturingSupervisory experience over skilled tradesExperience with automation (preferred)Strong communication, organizational, and change management skillsFamiliarity with ERP, CMMS, and MRP systemsProject management experience is a plusQualifications:Licensed Millwright and/or ElectricianDegree in Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent maintenance experience
