About this role: Internal Audit Senior Manager We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering internal audits, ensuring the quality of audit work, and providing expert advice on risk management and control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have experience managing teams and projects, as well as developing and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver internal audits, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining processes. Manage teams and projects, setting goals and objectives, and coaching team members to achieve them. Provide expert advice on risk management and control, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Requirements: CPA certification or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in an audit environment, including experience managing teams and projects.
