They may assist with office and community-based positions including support staff (i.e. IT, Human Resources, Finance), Professional Practice roles (i.e. RN/RPN, Social Workers). As the first point of contact for initial interaction with candidates and employees, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will require strong customer service, prioritization and assessment skills to coordinate the full cycle recruitment process. The Coordinator will build support for Circle of Care and the HR departments strategic goals and objectives by communicating, collaborating and leading by example.We are looking for: a full-time permanent Talent Acquisition CoordinatorSalary: Commensurate with experienceHours of Work: 34 hours per week. 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid work from home role.Reports to:Manager, Talent AcquisitionResponsibilities Prepare and post advertisements to various job boards and Agency website Use applicant tracking system (Dayforce) to maintain and build candidate pipeline, shortlist candidate resumes, contact potential applicants to arrange phone screens, assess candidate for interview recommendation and schedule interviews Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment Be responsible for the on-boarding process including preparing employment offers, and coordinating all new hire activities to facilitate positive employee experiences Actively support candidates with the completion of onboarding and pre-employment requirements Participate in the organization and recruitment of candidates through internal/external Career Fairs, Information Sessions etc. and identify other career events and creative sources that offer recruiting opportunities Develop and improve interview guides, job descriptions and job profiles Maintain strong recruitment metrics reporting and tracking as required Actively participate in HR Team, collaborate with, and provide solutions/support to team members and senior member in the department to achieve strategic goals and objectives Work with hiring managers and supervisors where applicable to co-ordinate and participate in the interview process to evaluate candidates Partner with Hiring Managers where applicable to recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies to support the recruitment portfolio Provide support to HR team on ad hoc projects as necessaryQualifications 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment required Experience in the non-profit sector, unionized environment and/or community healthcare is an asset Human Resources Management Certificate is an asset CHRP/CHRL certified or be working towards certification is an assetAdditional informationCircle of Care is committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees, volunteers and clients feel valued, respected and supported.
