They may assist with office and community-based positions including support staff (i.e. IT, Human Resources, Finance), Professional Practice roles (i.e. RN/RPN, Social Workers). As the first point of contact for initial interaction with candidates and employees, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will require strong customer service, prioritization and assessment skills to coordinate the full cycle recruitment process. The Coordinator will build support for Circle of Care and the HR departments strategic goals and objectives by communicating, collaborating and leading by example.Salary: Commensurate with experienceHours of Work: 34 hours per week. 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
