Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to grow their team in Edmonton, Alberta!Our client is seeking an experiencedConstruction Superintendentwith a strong background inmodular constructionto oversee and coordinate job site operations. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and trades efficiently.'Responsibilities:Supervise all phases of modular construction projects from start to finishCoordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on-siteEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specificationsInterpret blueprints and technical drawingsMaintain high safety standards and enforce safety proceduresProvide daily updates and progress reports to project managementMust-Have Qualifications:Minimum5 years experienceas a Superintendent or similar role within modular constructionIn-depth knowledge of modular construction processes, building codes, and safety regulationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProven track record of managing multiple trades and delivering quality resultsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and project specificationsCSTS 2020 andWHMIS 2015certifications (required)Valid drivers license and reliable transportationAssets:Additional safety certifications such asFirst AidandFall ProtectionWillingness to travel out of town for work assignmentsDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
