Carry out supervisory duties and instructional programs assigned by the principal. Co-operate fully with other teachers and the principal in all matters related to the instruction of pupils. Ensure classroom readiness at least fifteen minutes before classes commence. Assist the principal in maintaining close co-operation with the community. Prepare teaching plans and outlines as required by the principal. Ensure safety procedures are carried out in courses and activities. Establish and maintain consistent disciplinary practices in the school. Complete report cards in accordance with provincial guidelines. Participate in regular meetings with pupils parents or guardians. Perform duties as assigned by the principal in relation to co-operative placements of pupils.
