Cooking: Grilling or roasting the shawarma meat on a spit, ensuring it is cooked to the correct specifications. Assembling Shawarma: Building the shawarma wraps or plates by adding the right amount of meat, vegetables, and sauces. Packaging: Properly packaging shawarma for takeout or delivery, ensuring that the food remains intact and presentable. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the preparation and cooking areas clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Quality Control: Ensuring that each shawarma meets the establishments quality standards before it is served to the customer. Inventory Management: Keeping track of supplies and ingredients, and notifying management when restocking is necessary.
