The ServiceNow Developer for CSM is responsible for development and configuration activities, including design, testing, peer reviews, and additional functions related to the business areas covered by our platform team. They provide expertise in developing and implementing changes and enhancements in ServiceNow. The candidate supports various teams in their efforts by improving existing solutions. Responsibilities - Design and development of ServiceNow solutions either with low code or code, for business and system requirements on the target platform with core functions such as reports, interfaces, workflows, configurations, customizations, so on for the CSM. - Write and review technical specifications. - Develop and test applications, and correct maintenance issues. - Recommends improvements of functionality, performance. - In collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts, estimate the user stories to develop - Participate in code reviews and give feedback. - Create and contribute to technical documentation. - Participate in the technical governance improvement of the ServiceNow Platform Team - With the help of the Admin, troubleshoots and resolves issues for applications or system modifications. Top Skills Required: - Minimum of 5 years of applied experience on the ServiceNow platform. - Appropriate ServiceNow Certifications Other Skills Required: - Demonstrated Experience in ServiceNow development environment, debugging and code optimization on a platform. - Demonstrated experience in coding with JavaScript. - Experience with ATF - Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM and other business modules. - Proficiency with AppEngine, Data Management in ServiceNow - Proficiency with command line, PowerShell, and comprehension of scripting commonly used in Windows environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite - Experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment. - Ability to analyze business processes, procedures and regulations.
