For more information, visit DescriptionWe are bringing onboard a (Robotics) Technical Project Manager (TPM) who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our robotics development lifecycle. The TPM will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards. This role requires technical expertise, strategic program management skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.You will engage directly with our autonomous airside vehicle and onsite engineering and operations teams. Your responsibilities include ensuring engineering teams operate effectively, developing engineering plans with milestones and resource needs, and working closely with leadership to develop and execute project strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work with real-world autonomous systems and contribute to a market-defining enterprise product that combines autonomous vehicle tech with a robotics-as-a-service model.This position reports to the VP of Engineering and works with Engineering and Operations Leads.What Youll DoLead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope and success criteria.Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.Implement prioritization frameworks to allocate resources effectively.Use project management tools like Jira or Asana to track progress and report status.Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Identify and resolve issues and risks proactively.Standardize processes to improve team efficiency.Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends in robotics and project management.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.3+ years managing complex technical projects.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to pass security checks and obtain an airport security badge.Preferred:Experience in robotics or hardware/software integration.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.Masters degree or PMP certification.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and ITIndustries: Airlines and AviationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at AeroVect by 2x.Other roles and information available on our platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
